- We adhere to all relevant UAE laws and regulations concerning child protection, including Federal Law No. 3 of 2016 (Wadeema Law).
- All staff, coaches, and volunteers undergo thorough background checks and receive regular training in child protection and safeguarding procedures.
- Any concerns about a child’s welfare, safety, or suspected abuse must be reported immediately to the designated Safeguarding Officer at the academy.
- The academy has clear procedures for reporting and responding to child protection concerns, prioritizing the child’s best interests.
2. Health and Safety Guidelines
- Parents/guardians must ensure their child is in good health and fit to participate in physical activities.
- The academy must be informed of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs upon registration and any changes thereafter.
- Children who are unwell or exhibit symptoms of contagious illness (e.g., fever, vomiting, severe cough) must not attend academy sessions to prevent spread.
- Parents are responsible for picking up their child promptly if they become ill during a session.
3. Communicable Disease and COVID-19 Waiver
- Parents/guardians acknowledge the inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19, that exist in any public place where people are present.
- By allowing their child to participate, parents/guardians voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to such diseases.
- NeuraPlay International will implement reasonable health and safety measures based on local government and health authority guidelines (e.g., sanitization, social distancing where applicable).
- Parents/guardians agree to follow all academy health protocols. Failure to comply may result in temporary suspension of participation.
- Parents/guardians waive and release NeuraPlay International, its staff, coaches, and volunteers from any liability for illness or injury sustained from communicable diseases, unless directly caused by the academy’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
