Waiver, Release of Liability, and Media Consent.

1. Assumption of Risk

1. I, the undersigned parent/guardian, understand that participation in sports activities with NeuraPlay International involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards.
2. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, illness, permanent disability, or death, resulting from accidents, falls, contact with other participants, or environmental conditions.
3. I acknowledge and accept all risks associated with my child’s participation in all academy activities, including training, events, and related travel.

2. Release of Liability

1. In consideration of my child’s participation, I hereby voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue NeuraPlay International, its owners, directors, officers, employees, coaches, volunteers, and agents (hereinafter “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that my child may suffer or incur while participating in academy activities.
2. This release applies whether the injury, illness, or death is caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by NeuraPlay International.
3. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which are in any way connected with my child’s participation or use of the academy’s facilities or equipment.

3. Media Release and Photo Consent

1. I grant NeuraPlay International permission to photograph, videotape, or otherwise capture images and likenesses of my child during academy activities, events, and related functions.
2. I authorize the academy to use these photographs, videos, or other media in promotional materials, websites, social media, advertisements, and for educational or archival purposes.
3. I understand that my child’s full name will not be used in connection with any media without my specific, additional written consent.
4. I understand that I am not entitled to any compensation for the use of my child’s image or likeness.
5. Opt-Out (Optional): If you DO NOT wish for your child to be photographed or videographed for promotional use, please explicitly state this in writing to legal@neuraplayinternational.com upon signing this document.

4. Governing Law

1. This Waiver, Release of Liability, and Media Consent shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
