Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

  1. By registering your child with NeuraPlay International, you agree to abide by all academy rules and policies.
  2. The academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Notice will be provided on the website.

2. Registration and Participation

  1. Only children aged 4 to 16 may participate.
  2. Accurate information must be provided during registration.
  3. Participation is subject to payment of all required fees.

 

3. Conduct, Discipline, and Parental Responsibilities

  1. All participants, parents, and staff must treat each other with respect.
  2. Fair play and honesty are expected at all times.
  3. Bullying, harassment, or discrimination is strictly prohibited.
  4. The academy may suspend or expel any participant for serious misconduct.
  5. Parents must support coaches and staff, and avoid disruptive behavior.
  6. Concerns should be raised respectfully and privately.
  7. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child is collected promptly at the end of each session. The academy is not responsible for children outside of official session times.
  8. Parents must notify the academy promptly of any changes to contact details, emergency contacts, or medical information.
  9. The academy does not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, ability, or background. All children are welcome and treated fairly.
  10. The academy promotes inclusion and respect among all participants. Staff are trained to support children with diverse needs.
  11. Any incidents of discrimination must be reported to academy management. The academy will investigate and take appropriate action.
  12. Respect academy property and facilities. No smoking, alcohol, or drugs are permitted on premises.

 

4. Required Equipment and Attire

  1. All participants must wear appropriate sports attire and footwear for training sessions.
  2. Mandatory safety equipment, such as shin guards for football, must be worn during all relevant activities.
  3. Participants may be unable to join sessions if they do not have the required attire or equipment for safety reasons.

 

5. Lost Property

  1. The academy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  2. A lost and found area will be maintained, and items will be kept for a reasonable period before being donated or disposed of.

 

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  1. The academy operates on a strict no-refund policy for parent cancellations or missed sessions.
  2. Booking a slot triggers costs for venue, coaching, and planning, which cannot be recovered if a participant cancels.
  3. This policy protects the academy and ensures fair treatment for all participants.
  4. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, missed sessions, or changes in personal circumstances by the parent or participant.
  5. If the academy cancels a session or program and cannot reschedule, a full refund or credit will be provided for the affected session(s).
  6. Medical emergencies may be considered for partial credit or rescheduling at the academy’s sole discretion, with strict documentation required.
  7. Requests related to academy-initiated cancellations must be submitted in writing to the academy office.
  8. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
  9. Registration and administrative fees are always non-refundable.

 

7. Force Majeure

  1. The academy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond the academy’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, or public health emergencies.

 

8. Child Welfare Commitment

  1. NeuraPlay International is deeply committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all children. Detailed policies regarding child protection, safeguarding, health, and safety are outlined in our separate “Child Welfare and Health Policy.” Parents are encouraged to review this document thoroughly.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

  1. Any disputes will be resolved according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
